No Help Page

I am unable to access Help in the IE6 browser. Nothing
happens when I attemp to use Help. Iexplore. chm is in the
proper place in the Help folder in Windows and i can
access it from explorer. Any suggestions what i can do to
access the Help page? Thanks.

As far as the troubleshooters, see here:
There are 2 separate fixes depending on which is the last critical update
you have
