Yesterday I started to occasionally get a windows popup message:
Windows - No Disk : Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters
75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c
when I was saving a file. this was rather odd as it was my main HDD (3
partitions on it including the boot partition C) I just closed down the
windows explorer window I was working in, opened another and all was well for
a while. After it happened again I wanted to do a disk scan and then windows
said it couldnt start. I opened Disk Management and all HDDs were gone even
tho the CD roms are listed.

I removed all anti virus spyware after scanning the computer, also scanned
for malware, all clean. Just wil windows firewall and no other security the
drives are not there. I booted to safe mode and still not there. Anyone any
thoughts of where I go from here? Thanks Barry

Check the drive's manufacturer's web site for their advanced
diagnostic tools and backup all important documents. It looks like
the drive might be failing.

IDE hard drives are more likely to fail since the hard drive has
mechanical motors to spin the platters and move the read/write heads.
