No "Forward as Attachment" in Outlook 2002

In Outlook express you can right-click on an email
and "Forward as attachment" but this feature is not
available in Outlook 2002. Is this true or am I just
missing something ?

tools - options - email options (on the preferences tab) - on replies and
forwards in the lower part of the screen select "attach original message"
from the drop downs
