HELLO Microsoft....are you going to solve this problem???

Everytime I access Windows Mail my session continually gets inturrupted by a
dialogue box that says "The selected messages could not be copied to the
destination. No folder Junk E-mail (failure)."

I look forward to the solution.

Thanks!

This is NOT Microsoft. Just a newsgroup where people VOLUNTEER to help
people with computer problems.
What exactly were you doing when you got that message?
Is that a complete error message, verbatim >

Thanks for the heads up.

Yes, that is the entire error message I get. I imagine it is something that
happens when sending/recieving info from my email served...but I already
checked that all the addresses and ports were correct.

Any ideas?

Sorry, I don't.
But other Much learned users and also MVPs will be able to help. Just wait
for their replies.

Did you create a Message Rule to filter certain incoming messages to a
specific folder? And did you create the target folder before enabling the
Rule?

You can try two things. One is to compact and repair the database (see
www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/), and if that doesn't work you can try going to Tools
| Junk email options and turn off the filtering and see if that fixes it.

Do you have a Junk E-mail folder in Windows Mail? Probably not, since the
message says you don't. If you don't then you need to re-create it but I
don't know how to do that.

Thanks! The problem was fixed after I went Tools>Junk Email> turned off
filtering.

You are a lifesaver!
