no floppy drive

Trying to set up network with my desktop & laptop. Laptop
has CD-RW but no floppy. Network set up program in
control panel of XP will only create network disk to
floppy. Is there anyway I can do this without getting a
floppy. Ihave a Linksys router.

Three possibilities:

1. If the desktop runs Windows XP, run the Wizard directly: Start |
All Programs | Accessories | Communications | Network Setup Wizard.

2. Run the Wizard from the Windows XP CD-ROM, as shown here:

3. Write this file, which contains the Wizard, to a CD-RW and run it
on the desktop: C:\Windows\System32\Netsetup.exe
