No fill handle, and cant drag

Hi, I just opened my excel today, and for some reason, there is no fill
handle, and I can't click and drag cells around to move them. It was working
fine yesterday. Any clue about what happened? Thanks so much.

Tools>Options>Edit>allow cell drag and drop...select
