No file type extension

I saved some photos from the internet, and when tried to
open them got a message saying that windows can't open
that type of file. The file has no extension, and
describes the file type as File. Other photos I
saved were saved as jpg files and I don't have problems
with those. Please help me if you can.

Maybe you could view the files if you
rename them and add the .jpg extension.
