No Error messages, just not working

I have tried everything to install BCM from a standalone Outlook with
Business Contact Manager disc I have, but no matter what it only installs
Outlook.

Help?

Becky, I had the same issue - it had to do with Data Execution
Prevention - control panel - system - system protection - in system
properties box click advanced tab, then Perfromance then settings -
then data execution prevention. It is pretty buried so hope this gets
you there. Anyhow, click "Turn ON DEP" and add the exe files you are
trying to install - make sure boxes are checked. Then retry. I would
not know or remember how to do this if I have not had the same trouble
a few days ago! It was the second file which seems specifically for
BCM that wasn't installing - so the rest of the trial installed, but
not the BCM. After you install, make sure you go back and change your
DEP settings back or you won't be able to run any other exe features
until you do... Hope this helps - let me know if it works for you.
