No entries in thsi address book when I click "TO"

OL 2003

When I generate a new email I used to be able to click the little grey "TO"
box and a list of all my contacts would appear. I would then select the
receipient(s) and away the email would go. Now, (after a Windows reinstall
and drive reformat), When I click the little grey "TO" box, the "select
names" window comes up as it should but no contacts are listed and all it
says is "No entries in this address Book" even though Outlook Address Book
is listed under "Show Names From the:"
 
Awesome, thank you. How can I select a specific address book to be listed
as the default?

Open the Outlook Address Book > Tools > Options...
