No Email

I run Windows XP Home edition. When I am on the MSN Home page and click the email icon I get a page with a bunch of links to commercial sites-- not my Inbox. I know I have 2 messages in my Inbox but I can't get to them. Help!!
 
If you have Outlook Express (It should come with Internet Explorer) on
your computer, Then follow these steps:
1. Click Tools, then Accounts.
2. Click Add, and then mail.
3. Type in Your display name. (Ex.: John Smith)
4. Click Next. Type in your e-mail address.
5. Click "My icoming mail server is a..." then click HTTP.
6. Type in "http://oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/hmdata" in the top
text box. Then click next.
7. Type in your e-mail addressin the top box, and your password in the
bottom box. Click next, then finish.
