Aloha all.
I had to do a Vista Home Premium reinstall after a BSOD. Now, there is no
Edit menu when I am viewing folder contents (the one with Cut, Copy, Copy to
Folder, Move to Folder, etc.).
How do I get it back?
Thanks.

To get it back temporarily, hold down the Alt key and it will appear. To
get it back permanently press Alt, then select Tools, Folder Options; on the
View tab select the option to always show menus, then use the Apply to
Folders button to make the change permanent for all folders.

Press and release Alt and the menu bar appears as if by magic. It's only
temporary, though.

There's a way to make it permanent, probably a check mark in the folder
options.

Yes - click on Organize > Folder and Search Options > View tab, second box
down under Files and Folders.
