No "e-mail auto-link" button

Hi,

On some computers, I don't have the "e-mail auto-link" button
I don't have the "link to record" neither.

Anything to activate somewhere ? I think I didn't do anything on the
computers where it's working correctly.

Actually,
I have several menus not available (grey) : data accounting, manage
e-mail link...
Is there something to set up somewhere ?
