No DVD with MMC 8.9/AIW 9800 Pro

During MMC 8.9 install I'm getting "DVD Decoder not found, DVD player will
not be installed."

I had DVD playback under MMC 8.7. I just upgraded to Cat 4.3 drivers
without issue. I'm running Win XP Pro. DX 9.0b


Any suggestions?

The decoder is on the original ATI installation CD.
reinstall just the decoder.
Then redo the 8.9 installation

Thank you, I just solved the problem and you are close!

First, I needed to RTFM: http://www.ati.com/support/includes/optional.html

I downloaded atiCDwiz-v2-1.exe which, when run, verifies against my
original CD and then installs the decoder. I then got no error messages on
the MMC 8.9 install. Everything is working!
