no duplicate records

I have a mailing database that we use to send newsletters, calendars ect..
to our customers. I have found a problem when we run a mailing list for
all employees and multiple mailing items associated with them. So if one
employee has 3 mailing items with them, then the report labels will list
them 3 times. How can I get around this and select multiple items and only
have the employee label print once?

Use a totals query that groups by the appropriate fields.
