no domain

I am trying to fix someones computer. They are not part of a domain it is
just a home computer and when the computer boots up and you try to log in you
get "domain "computername" is not available" i have tryed safe mode same
thing
tho.

There is no drop down to select the local computer .

Click the domain dropbox, then select the local computer
instead of the domain.
