I keep getting this on my search return. I need detail instructions on how
to fix this problem. If it involves IT doing something then I need detail
instruction on what they need to do.
 
If you are test this on a Windows IIS Server, then Index Server must be installed and running, and
the IT folks need to create a Index Catalog for the site from within the Index Server MMC.

I really need details. This is an Intranet and the first one our company
has every hosted.
 
The have to launch Index Server MMC and read the help files or you can post the Index Server
newsgroup.
