When I select the properties of my Primary IDE or
Secondary IDE in Device Manager- there is supposed to be
an "Advanced Settings Tab"(Windows XP). There should be
options to enable DMA for a hard drive or CD-ROMS. I don't
have this tab or any way to use DMA . My system is 1 year
old. I have an ASUS P4T533 Motherboard with RDRAM. XP Home
Edition. Can anyone help me? I also find nothing in my
Bios to allow me to use DMA.

If you have installed the Intel Application Accelerator then you will not
have this tab and need to use the software installed by this application
instead :-)

Sounds like you have the Intel Application Accelerator installed.

You'd set your DMA options through the Companion software that is installed
by the Intell Application Accelerator.
