I recently upgraded to xp pro, and now there is no dialup
connection of any kind in the network connections, I tried
the networking wizard and all it gives me as an option is
the Lan option which I cant use since I can only connect
with a modem. Every thing is working fine it says, how
would I change the com port, maybe that is it, I dont know,
if anyone can help let me know Please

Yeah, Phil, I did that and in the wizard the places are
shaded I cannot click on the dial up function at all, just
the Lan option. I read that if you upgrade from xp home
to xp pro the dial up icon dissapears, I tried what they
said still no luck with it. I reinstalled xp pro again
still no luck, I have tried everything I know to remedy
the problem dont know what else to do. Need help.

Thanks, Mike
