No Desktop on Server2000

When I boot up and sign into Windows 2000 Server, I get no desktop, no start
bar, nothing. Now I can do a ctl-alt-del and start the Windows Task Manager.
I can run specific programs from there. And explorer.exe is running. I am
running CA Unicenter and ETrust on this server. Any help?

If no joy then you might have to repair or reinstall Internet Explorer.
