No Default Gateway

No sure if this is the right group for this but here goes.

While making some changes on the server, I screwed up the
DCHP? Non of the clients are getting a default gateway?

Ip 192.168.1.1
Mask 255.255.255.0
Default (Nothing here?)

The server has IP of 192.168.10.10
so what should the Default gateway be?
Also I have a router on the network that is supposed to
forward the DSL service, its IP is 192.168.10.50

I activated forwarding but nothing is happening.

Anyhow long story short I would like to get the Default
gateway back.

Thanks All

The default gateway should be your Internet router's LAN IP address, in most
cases. Change your DHCP scope options to include it....

This information seems to indicate you have two networks - 192.168.1 and
192.168.10. Although I'm going to guess you only have one (192.168.10)
and that the dhcp scope not only doesn't have the correct gateway
information, but is also assigning incorrect host addresses. From what
you have posted I'd guess your gateway should be 192.168.10.50.

DHCP Option 003 Router address (Default Gateway)

Yes I screwed up
The IP should have been 10 subnet not 1
But the answer of option 003 looks to be the dinger for
my head.

I did cheat in the mean time by using the DHCP from the
Router.
In hindsight its actually a better choice since now they
can still function if the server goes down.
No server no IPs.
Everything is very fast. But Im gonna mess with this
some more. Love the knowledge.

Thanks
All....
