No connection properties

I am trying to configure a dial-up connection to bridge
with a wireless networkk (Linksys). When I try to view
the dial-up Properties, nothing happens (Properties
dialog box doesn't appear).

Is there a setting in XP Home that prevents the
Properties from being displayed?
