No compatible Recordable or Rewritable devices could be found on your system

Hi,

When I try to open my CD Burner program, it gives me this
error: No compatible Recordable or Rewritable devices
could be found on your system. Then the whole program
closes. It's as if I didn't have a CD Writer but I do
have one! Could somebody help me?
