No compatibility between mcafee webscanx and microsoft antispyware

I have mcaffe v4.5.1. SP1 with DAT 4.0.4476 and engine 4.4.0.0.
Microsoft Antyspyware 1.0.501 with spyware definition 5711.

I have enabled check java and activex in the antivirus. When I reboot
the pc, I have an error in the process webscanx. I think is a
incompatibility between mcaffe webscanx and microsoft antispyware
because if I uninstall microsoft antispyware, webscanx runs perfectly.

I was running McAfee 4.5.1 and Micosoft Antispyware on
Windows 2000 and XP machines with no problems until the
latest round of Critical Updates from Microsoft. This is
not a problem with newer versions of McAfee.
