No color or envelope printing

Hello Microsoft...are you out there?
My LexmarkZ65 won't print color in Publisher, Word or
Excel and it won't print envelopes. I have ink, have done
a system restore and have done everything I could from
your web helps. I have a big job due with lots of
envelops and a smaller one with color... H..E..L..P...
