J Jupiter Jones [MVP] Aug 11, 2003 #2 Jen; You mean Certificate of authenticity with the 25 character Product Key. If Windows XP came with the computer, check all sides of the computer case. The sticker will be about 1" x 3". Otherwise contact the computer manufacturer.
