Have her try deleting the network place for the site and open the site using File Open Site and typing in the URL or open it by
browsing to IE and using File Edit w/ FP

| When she goes to edit /publish the page in FP it asked for un/pw to logon to
| the server. There is no box to check save password and she has to type it in
