We are a small hosting company and I have a client that is running FP2003.
When she edits or updates her web page through FP it doesnt give her an
option to save un and pw. Is this a FP issue or IIS issue? Does anyone know
how to fix?

Explain where how she is trying to save user name and password
They are set in the FP SE admin (if you have allowed it on your server) - Tools Server Admin

If you mean remember her un/pw, that is controlled by IE
Passwords used by FP are "stored" using IE
In IE use Tools > Internet Options > Security
Click on 'Trusted' and on 'Custom Level'
Make sure the selection at the bottom is set to:
'Automatic logon with current username and password' and click OK
Click on 'Sites' and add your site URL in the 'Add this Web Site to the Zone', and OK, OK
- note: you may have to unselect the option: Require server verification (https)... to add your site

When she goes to edit /publish the page in FP it asked for un/pw to logon to
the server. There is no box to check save password and she has to type it in
every time. We tried the suggestion below and it didnt work. She has some
sites with other hosting companies that work fine it seems to be just ours.
We are using Win sever 2003 standard, IIS6, FP SE 2002. She is running XP
home and FP 2003.

Have her try deleting the network place for the site and open the site using File Open Site and typing in the URL or open it by
browsing to IE and using File Edit w/ FP

Thats is the way she does it. I also forgot to mention we are using Plesk for
Windows for a control panel if that makes a difference.
