No CD

I have windows xp home edition SP2. I don't have cd.
What can I do. When I start computer its telling me, MSI missing-

Do you have a CD listed in your computer BIOS?
Can you give a more detailed error message?
What's in your event log?

Do you mean you do not have a CD drive or you don't have a Windows CD?
