No cascaded windows, please

How can I setup up Word 2002 so that, when I open multiple documents, all
documents appear in the same Window (or at least at the same position on the
Desktop) rather than cascaded, covering all of my Desktop?

Found it:

Tools>Options>View

Deselect Windows in Taskbar
