No Boot as Swap file size too small

Hi, I added a 2nd hard drive to my pc, and when booted,
Win2k says "Finished installing new devices, please
reboot". Did that, but when i reboot it tells me the swap
file is too small, please reset the size, but I cannot get
into windows to change it, it just keeps saying "loading
settings" then "saving settings", never actually getting
into windows, in normal or safe mode.
Can I delete the pagefile/swapfile and windows will create
a new one which may work or is there a way to manually
change the settings for the swap file in the registry to
make it greater?
It was set fine before I put in the 2nd hard drive. Even
when I remove the 2nd drive I still get the problem.
Any help?

Thanks, problem solved. :-)
