no BCM after installation

Hi all,

using Office2003 Professional from MS-ActionPack i want to install BCM.
Currently Outlook2003 with a Exchange-Account i start installation of BCM
form MS-Actionpack.

After running Setup - nothing happens. No Error - no BCM in Outlook.
Installing BCM-Update form ActionPack- nothing happens. No Error - no BCM in
Outlook.

Also i miss any documention of
- How to Install
- How to use
- How to share data
etc.

Any Hints to solve my problem?
 
Hi,
Do you see Business Contact Manager in add or remove programs ? If you
do try this : In outlook click on FILE>DATA FILE MANAGEMENT>ADD>BUSINESS
CONTACT MANAGER DATABASE and try creating a new database.

you have to edit the Profile. Just Add a new OutlookFile - you find
"filetype" BCM.

ATTENTION:
BCM 1 does NOT work in Exchange-Profile. Just update to BCM 2 exchange works
