no bass or treble options

ever since i got this computer half a year ago i havnt had bass or treble
options so my music is realy high pitched and i cant change it because the
options are un-clickable

is there any way to make these options usable

Your sound card must support tone controls for those sliders to be enabled.
The good ones, such as the Creative Labs Audigy series, will support the
tone controls, and with the latest drivers, will also give you an equalizer.

No. It all depends on the capability/features of your soundcard. A more
expensive soundcard may or may not have those features enabled.
