I NEED TO KNOW IS IS POSSIBLE TO REBBOT A SYSTEM WITHOUT
HAVING A REBBOT DISK OR ANY SORT OF BACK UP. THIS SYSTEM
HAS WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL. I NEED HELP

What on earth do you mean by "is requesting a the disk" - that makes
absolutely no sense.

Hard shut down then - use the button on the front of the box.
