no automatic update

The product won't autoupdate as scheduled. I cannot
manually update either. Do I have to do something to my
firewall (Norton)?
 
It might--any information logged by your firewall?

There's information in the program's help file about firewall configuration.
I'm not convinced that it is all accurate--I'd recommend double-checking the
executable names involved.
