Hi
Using 6.2 on XPsp2.
I am among those that get no audio connection , the advanced information
says that I am on a NON Upnp connection (through a cisco router so I expect
that) and I do get the error message that says the network may not support
the connection, However... I can connect to other people pretty reliably
even with that error message... after a couple attempts back and forth.
Video works fine every time.
How can I further diagnose where the audio connection fails? It seems to
be on this machines properties as I can connect and get audio from another
machine on another network (not using this router). and I can connect to the
remote client from another location fairly well.
I have opened the ports on the router to this machine, the machine in
question has a class C ip address. what else is there? the generic error
message doesn't help much. is there a log file available maybe? Tools?
