No audio stream or D drive...NEED HELP!!!!!!!!

Hey, I need help. I must have uninstalled the software
necessary for playing songs on my computer. With this, I
must have somehow deleted the d drive. I have spent all
day trying to fix it. Please help me if you have
suggestions. If you know what software I need to
download that would be great too. THank you so much.

If WXP, I would use the Restore feature for windows to
roll-back your programming to an earlier date prior to
the problem.
