I captured the video into clips under the collections section of the
moviemaker but when I play it or drag it down to the timeline and play it, no
audio is heard. The audio section of the timeline shows there is audio
there. I've checked that it's not muted, I turned up the volume, I opened
the clip with windows media player and still no audio. How can I get the
voices to play with the video?

Thanks!

What type of file is it? an MPEG-2 file or a Divx encoded AVI could give you
those kinds of issues.

When I right click and go to properties it says the file type is video with
audio and that's it. Is there somewhere else I should check?

Thanks for your help.

The procedure you used is correct but don't do this within your collections
use Windows Explorer to do this. Click on Import Video and go to where your
video is stored and from within THAT window right click the file and select
properties. The filename should be in a white box with the extension at the
end of it.
