no audio device.. in need of serious help???

can anyone please help me with my sound.. when i click on my sounds and audio
device it says i have no audio device...(playback)..what do i do to get it
back???

You'll need to install the drivers for it. What they are I have no idea -
it's not my PC. Is it an OEM PC, if so what brand? Is it in your book (the
brand) that came with your PC? Do you have a stack of CDs that came with
your PC and one of 'em says something like "Drivers" on it? If so then it
will probably be on that disk.
