I am unable to get two computer to connect with voice. We get video on
both clients. My system is behind a NAT router. The audio/video wizard
has been run on both systems. QoS Pack Scheduler has been disabled. The
router is a LinkSys BEFW11S4. I'm not sure which version. Most likely
version 1 or 2. I have the flashed it with firmware 1.44z. Problem still
persist. Any ideas?

Greetings Randy,

In order for this to work, UPnP must be enabled in the router (and you'll also need to reboot
after enabling it). You can quickly see if it's enabled by clicking the Tools menu in
Messenger, then Options, then Connection tab and look in the Advanced Connection Information
box. If it says you're using a non-UPnP enabled NAT, you'll find the toggle for UPnP in the
router's configuration, Password tab.
