Hello,
I have a user in a remote part of the world who is unable to download attachments. He can receive email and send emails fine. He can even send emails with attachments. Using Telnet, I was able to login into the Exchange server with his mailbox and verify that he indeed has email that have attachments. So, I believe it is an Outlook issue and not a problem with Exchange.
Does anyone know of a setting on Outlook that would control this behavior? He is using Outlook 2000 SR-1 and he is configured to use IMAP.
