No "ASP.NET Web Application" in New Project

In my Visual Studio 2005 when I do "File" - "New" - "Project" under "Visual
Basic Project" I can not find "ASP.NET Web Application".
Why doesn't it appear as a selection there ?

"ASP.NET Web Application" does not exist in VS2005 first release version.

You need to install VS2005 sp1.
