No All Users New Install

Is there a way to install winXP pro so the XP does not create a ALL Users
directory or is that a default setting?

There is only one computer and I am the only one using it.

That's a default setting.
And DON'T use the built-in Administrator account on a daily basis, even if
you ARE the only user. Create a user account with admin rights and use that.
