I am the only user of my computer but my user account is
a "Limited" account and there appears to be no other
account on the computer. There is no Administrator User
Account and therefore I cannot make any changes to my
computer. Can anyone help with a suggestion.
Thanks,

Reboot, tapping F8 each second.
Choose "Safe Mode" at the menu.
Select Administrator.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel

Select yourself, click "Change Account Type"
Change to Administrator.,

Or better yet, leave yourself as a Limited User.
Create another account with Administrator access, password BOTH
administrators.
Take precautions to not lose/forget the passwords.

The reason is you should not use an Administrator for routine use.
Leave the Administrator for Administrator functions.

Jupiter,
Thanks for the attempt, but there is no Administrator
account, and when I went to Safe Mode as you suggested it
starts up with a user account but that account does not
have administrato account privileges and there is no
other account listed. Any other ideas?
