no adminastrator

i am new to xp and when i first installed it i created an adminastrator but sum how ther is now no adminastrator and their is only limited acounts therfore restricting me from things i would like to do. i would b grateful for any help in resolving this problem.
 
restart in safe mode by pressing f8. then there is an adminastrator account. log into that account and give the other user that you want adminstrator setting. the restart normally.
 
at the welcome screen push Ctrl + Alt + Delete twice
this will bring up a logon screen
enter administrator as the username and you password
