Hi,

We have 5 user accounts on our computer (we have windows
xp home), and a little while back i changed three of the
accounts to limited accounts but after logging after that
time, we now have no adiminstrator accounts which is
causing some real problems, does anyone know how to fix
this?

Thanks
Sunny :)

Hi Sunny -

Boot into Safe Mode -- when your PC first starts to boot, repeatedly press
F8 until the boot menu appears -- if you get the Windows XP splash screen,
you've waited too long and you'll need to restart and try again. When the
Welcome screen appears, log in as Administrator (and provide the
administrator password, if you have input one -- or input a blank password
if you have not). Go into Control Panel and change one or more users to
have Administrator privileges. Restart into normal mode and the account(s)
you changed should now be set up as administrator.

Good luck!

Jef
