no address book-contact/properties won't let me see as address bk

no address books after tranfering info from old computer and the
contacts/properties has 'use as address book' grayed out.
 
Then you need to specify how you transferred the "info." This is a symptom
of using Windows Easy Transfer which should never be used with Outlook. If
that's what you did, you must create a new profile from scratch and connect
it to your data file correctly: open the file.
