no address bar

i don't have an address bar...i've checked it and
unchecked it in 'view' 14 million times and it's made no
difference...i'm at my wits end and going
insane...someone PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!
 
unlock the toolbars and drag the toolbars around and
address should show up. after fixing re-lock toolbars.
