no account tab in windows messenger 5.1?

i try to set up SIP in windows messenger 5.1, but i can't find account tab in
option menu,why?

i tried to uninstall windows messenger 5.1 according to the advice from some
experts on this site, but is it failure.

my OS is windows XP with SP2 installed, thank you.

Do you have the latest version of windows messenger? The latest version
is 5.1.0.715 from august 12th 2008.
Because I've got this version and there is a tab "Accounts" in Options
where you can set up a SIP-account.
