no access to security log

Hello

I have a problem with the event manager.

I have no access to the securoity log!!!!!!
Where kann i controll the access rights?

Access to the system and application log is ok.

You need to have administrative rights on this computer to see that, I
believe.
 
Negative.

You don't have to be a member of Administrators group to access Security log.
Requirement: a user/account requires "Manage auditing and security log"
privilege which by default is given to Administrators group (but can
obviously be assigned to any user account). Administrative credential is
needed to make this assignment.

You can refer to basic security/policies documentation included with the
operating system to see the details.
