no access to floppy a drive

i am logged in as the administrator, but when i try to
save to the a:\ drive, it tells me that i don't have
administrative access. please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start/My Computer/rightclick the floppy "A" drive,

sharing and security/Sharing tab/"share the root of the
drive, click here"
