No access to file?

Hello
Suddenly this message pop up when Outlook has started and
I do not receive any emails:
"No access to file: c:\Dokuments and settings\Peter
Marcher\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst.
Datafejl (cyklisk redundanscheck)"
What do I do? What is wrong?

run a chkdsk/scandisk on your drive. (sounds like the pst file is sitting
on a bad cluster.)
